POSITION: IT SERVICE DESK (L1 & L2 AVAILABLE)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Ensure timely response of all the tickets raised by the client end user.
  • 100% adherence to timeliness as per the priority of each issue, to manage client expectations and ensure zero escalations.
  • Keep a check on the number of tickets raised (dial home/ email/ chat/ IMS), ensuring right solution as per the defined resolution timeframe.
  • Provide basic in-house training in MS Office applications used within the Association (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Basic Active Directory knowledge. Creating user accounts, resetting passwords, creating groups etc.
  • Log all calls in the Service Desk ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Provide acceptance and immediate resolution to high-priority tickets/service requests.
  • Track all tickets from acceptance to resolution as per the defined resolution time by the customer.
