Here’s what you will be doing:

Monitor vessel reporting and ensure timely submission of required reports; follow up with vessels as needed and verify data accuracy.
Identify data inconsistencies and abnormalities for corrective action.
Coordinate with the technical team to resolve any system-related issues.
Communicate directly with ships regarding reporting data content.
Liaise with vessel operators to clarify day-to-day vessel activities and gather operational insights.
Process and manage operational data efficiently.
Execute processes according to the company's standard operating procedures.
Respond promptly and accurately to stakeholder queries.
Work with cross-functional teams to address any data-related concerns or issues.
Provide administrative support to the operations team.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

The company is looking for:

Bachelor’s or College degree in any field.
Preferably at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel (graphs, charts, pivot tables, data validation, simple formulas).
Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
Background in shipping/maritime operations is a plus but not required.
