About the Role

This role involves managing end-to-end distribution and sales administration to support the company's objectives. It focuses on agency performance, distribution governance, compensation & benefits, system support, communication, and compliance. You will also oversee agency licensing.

Distribution Governance:
  • Lead and manage the team to ensure all distribution activities comply with IC regulatory guidelines and group policies, including monitoring compensation & benefits, agent agreements, registration, certificate movement, and agency hierarchy.
  • Prepare budgets, monitor costs, and analyze variances.
  • Address compliance issues, regulatory guidelines, and audit findings.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments and support teams to achieve company goals.
System Support:
  • Lead the team to provide technical support for systems like DMS, E-Recruitment, and mobile apps, ensuring smooth user experiences and system enhancements.
  • Manage business continuity with IT support.
  • Align digital platforms with sales and business processes to deliver optimal support services.
Strategic Relationships:
  • Work closely with leadership and other functions to plan and strategize sales activities to meet targets.
  • Maintain relationships with industry leaders, agency networks, and marketing teams to understand needs and challenges.
  • Represent the company at conferences and seminars, sharing knowledge and fostering collaboration.
  • Assist with product features, production issues, and customer feedback.
  • Participate in market surveys, benchmarking, and process innovations.
Communication:
  • Provide guidance on technical and financial aspects of company policies to agency partners.
Market Research:
  • Conduct industry research and recommend improvements to enhance agency programs for short-term and long-term planning.
Staff Development:
  • Coach and mentor team members, identify growth opportunities, set goals, and provide feedback.
Business Solutions & Collections:
  • Establish optimal collection aging procedures in compliance with regulations.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture and build collaborative relationships across departments and with customers.
  • Participate in special projects and transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with sales teams to ensure staff and agency training and competence requirements are met.
