We're seeking a talented and creativeGraphicDesigner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and a passion for creating visually stunning designs that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Email and Social Media Design:Create engaging email templates and social mediagraphicsthat drive engagement and conversions.
  • Digital Content Creation:Develop visually appealing digital content, including banners, infographics, and other digital assets.
  • Sales and Marketing Collateral:Design sales collateral, presentation decks, and one-pagers to support business development efforts.
  • Brand Consistency:Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables, including maintaining and evolving our brand guidelines.
  • Video Editing (Optional):Edit videos for social media and other marketing purposes.
Requirements
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a versatile range of design skills
  • Understanding of email and social media marketing best practices
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
  • Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • A positive and collaborative attitude

Preferred:

  • Experience in sports-related design
  • Understanding of marketing principles (e.g., CTAs)
  • Ability to capture community moments and emotions in designs
  • Willingness to suggest improvements and contribute creative ideas
