1. As a member of the Company's Safety Committee, ensures the development and implementation of company-wide Health and Safety Programs.
2. Provide emergency treatment in the workplace and administer appropriate over the counter medication to employees.
3. Leads the conduct of the annual physical examination, in order to assess the health risks and the prevention and treatment of illness or injuries of employees.
4. Promotes health and wellness programs.
5. Visits project sites to observe safety practices and make recommendations to the Safety Committee as necessary.
6. Manages and resolves issues and concerns or escalates to head of department accordingly.
7. Collaborates with other internal departments for manpower requisition and other human resources related concerns.
8. Ensures compliance with company health, safety, and environmental standards.
9. Maintains the confidentiality of files and related documents.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
1. Registered Nurse
2. Experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital, government, or private company is an advantage but not required.
3. With FIRST AID training certification.
4. Good oral and written communication skills.
5. BOSH/COSH certification is preferred but not required.
6. Possesses the ability towards collaborative communications across multi-functional teams.
7. Strong sense of time management and self-improvement.
8. Able to perform productively while under pressure.
