Key Responsibilities:

  1. Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate employees, ensuring competency and adherence to company policies.
  2. Interact with customers, address complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
  3. Oversee daily activities, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  4. Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and track expenses.
  5. Ensure food quality and service standards are met.
  6. Address and resolve issues that arise during service.
  7. Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff, covering aspects like food handling, customer service, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  1. Must be a college graduate of any 4-year course.
  2. At least 5 years' experience in a supervisory/managerial position in the food service industry (i.e., quick-serve restaurants).
  3. Must be willing to be assigned at Ninoy Aquino International Airport - Pasay City.
  4. Willing to work in various shifts including weekends and holidays.
  5. Understanding of basic food safety practices and maintaining a clean work environment.
