POSITION SUMMARY

The Junior Compliance Analyst will be essential in supporting the organization's compliance initiatives by aiding in the implementation and monitoring of ISO standards and regulatory requirements. In this role, responsibilities include conducting internal audits, managing compliance documentation, and working closely with various departments to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, enthusiastic about learning, and dedicated to promoting a culture of compliance within the organization. This position offers a valuable opportunity for professional growth in compliance and risk management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Internal Audits: Support the execution of internal audits to assess compliance with ISO standards and organizational policies.
  • Compliance Documentation: Aid in the maintenance and updating of compliance-related documents, such as policies, procedures, and reports.
  • Training Support: Contribute to the creation and delivery of training programs for staff on compliance-related subjects.
  • Gap Analysis: Help identify and evaluate compliance gaps, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Collaboration: Partner with various departments to foster a culture of compliance and ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Research: Keep up to date with changes in regulatory requirements and ISO standards that may affect the organization.
  • Reporting: Compile and present audit and compliance assessment findings to the Senior Manager Information Security.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must be a degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent qualifications
  • Fundamental understanding of compliance frameworks and ISO standards, with experience in ISO 27001 considered a plus.
  • Audit experience with ISO 27001
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • A highly professional and proactive team player with strong collaborative skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with compliance software or tools is advantageous.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment, showcasing a proactive approach to responsibilities.
