By joining us as a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain, you will provide extensive support to the ProTeam Sales team of Emerson Tool Company by capturing business activity data, generating reports and analysis, implementing program and process functions, and contributing to the planning, developing, testing, and documenting of programs, systems, and procedures. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and support sales strategies through insightful analysis and forecasting.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  1. Create reports for multiple departments, including ProTeam Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Shipping and Logistics, Marketing, Quality, Finance, and others.
  2. Work with the current and future software systems—Oracle ERP, CRM On Demand, Salesforce, Noetix, Oracle Discoverer, JD Edwards, Citrix, customer web portals, Sales Wizard, and others.
  3. Provide analysis on usage, impact, and effectiveness of sales programs and activities, such as periodic product/account promotions, new product/program launches, and program changes.
  4. Prepare analysis of sales and inventory trends used to generate monthly orders and shipment forecasts.
  5. Work closely with the ProTeam Sales group, coordinating activities and scheduling, assisting with successful project management, implementation, and ongoing support.
  6. Manage and administer various program components, such as pricing updates/changes, including administration of ERP system price data files, product eligibility, promotion codes, and other system infrastructure.
  7. Provide training, instruction, and education to peers, leadership, and others on system usage, data comprehension, and report interpretation.
  8. Assist in coordinating the collection and validation of business files (pricing, accounts, products/items, and programs) for managing changes.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  1. 1–3 years of experience with data analysis, sales and marketing administration, and/or customer service.
  2. Knowledgeable in quantitative analysis, forecasting, and planning.
  3. Experience with Oracle, CRM On Demand, Salesforce, Noetix, and Discoverer applications is preferred.
  4. Experience in database management with proven understanding of database concepts, theories, and applications.
  5. Understanding of accounting practices.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
