The SAP Lead in Supply Chain Management is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving SAP modules related to supply chain processes. This role involves leading a team, collaborating with departments, and ensuring SAP solutions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee SAP supply chain modules (MM, WM, SD, IBP) configuration, deployment, and support.
  • Gather business requirements and align SAP functionalities accordingly.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Mentor and guide a team of SAP consultants and analysts.
  • Develop best practices and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and change management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP supply chain modules, with project leadership experience.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain and warehouse management.
  • Expertise in SAP MM, WM, SD, and IBP.
  • Problem-solving, analytical, and leadership abilities.
  • SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus.
  • Certifications: SAP MM, WM, or related module certification preferred.
