Job Description:
  1. Data Management and Audits: Regularly review and maintain the accuracy of customer data, perform audits and resolve discrepancies in Salesforce.
  2. System Updates and Optimization: Support data updates and ensure the accuracy of account information and product lists, improving data integrity within Salesforce and other relevant systems.
  3. Account Assignment Accuracy: Maintains accurate account assignment for customer success and quarterly performance audits.
  4. Reporting: Assist in generating regular and ad-hoc reports to track performance, analyze trends, and provide insights into leadership and other departments.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to support operational tasks and ensure alignment of processes and goals.
  6. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
  7. Tools and Support: Provide support by managing tools, systems, and data to streamline the commercial process and improve overall team performance.
Requirements:
  1. You must be able to work from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST (US).
  2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  3. 3+ years of experience in sales/customer success operations, sales/customer success analysis, or a related field.
  4. Familiarity with commercial processes and metrics.
  5. Proficiency in Salesforce with the ability to produce advanced reports.
  6. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  8. Analytical mindset with the ability to manage data and generate meaningful insights.
  9. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  10. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  11. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
