Overview

As an IT Application Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining mission-critical software applications that support the company's operations and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement new software applications and features to meet the company's evolving business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and IT professionals, to understand requirements and translate them into effective software solutions
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using the latest programming languages and frameworks
  • Perform thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of the applications
  • Participate in the continuous improvement and optimization of existing software systems
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in software development
Education and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of proven experience as an IT Application Developer or a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or PHP, and frameworks like .NET, Laravel, or Spring Boot
  • Experience with database management systems, such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
  • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
