We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Billing Accountant and Bookkeeper to join our team at Staff4Me. In this role, you will oversee billing processes, manage accounts receivable, and ensure accurate bookkeeping practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Weekly Invoicing - ConnectWise
  2. Manual upload on Ops Merchant for WHCH
  3. Monthly Invoicing - ConnectWise
  4. Review AR and send report on how to address
  5. Manual Reminders
  6. Issuing Interest Charges
  7. Credit Memo Issuance - ConnectWise
  8. Processing Manually on Wisepay
  9. Addressing Client Concerns
  10. Invoice Clean-up/Syncing Errors
  11. AP Processing
  12. Process ADP Payroll
  13. Payroll Approval Report
  14. Payroll & Contractor Allocation
  15. Submit 401k Report
  16. Sales Tax Recording & Submission
  17. Match Customer Deposits
  18. Categorize Bank Feed
  19. Bank Reconciliation
  20. Schedules
  21. Product Margin Review
  22. P&L Review
  23. Balance Sheet Review
  24. P&L Description
  25. ME - Associate Review
  26. ME - Manager Review
  27. Generate Financials
  28. Monthly Financial Meeting
  29. SLI Submission
  30. Enter new customers in QBO and Wisepay
  31. Send welcome Wisepay email to new clients, assist with auto pay
  32. Monitor ConnectWise Accounting and Billing boards and address clients' issues
  33. Other administrative tasks including procurement

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in billing and bookkeeping.
  3. Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and MS Excel.
  4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  5. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
