Requirements

What you'll do

  1. Collect and review all necessary documents and paperwork related to real estate transactions.
  2. Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
  3. Assist in the preparation and execution of purchase agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
  4. Ensure all required disclosures and contingencies are met and properly documented.
  5. Track important deadlines, such as inspection periods, loan approvals, and closing dates.
  6. Support the escrow process and ensure proper handling and disbursement of funds, including commissions.
  7. Maintain detailed transaction files and records for future reference.

What you'll bring

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish.
  2. Proven 2+ years experience as a Transaction Coordinator.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  4. Reliable internet connection and home office setup conducive to remote work.
  5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  6. Lifelong learner and naturally curious personality.
  7. Positive energy and attitude.
  8. High interaction with the team and their culture; team player
