The position will work closely with the executive level position and is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and management of all information technology systems and communication networks within the organization. The role involves ensuring the efficient operation, security, and compliance of ICT systems to support the delivery of high-quality service, streamline administrative processes, and facilitate effective communication among internal and external clients.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and articulate ICT vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with the overall business goals and objectives of the organization.
Lead the planning, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide ICT initiatives, including electronic information systems, platforms, and data analytics solutions.
Direct the design, deployment, and maintenance of robust ICT infrastructure, encompassing networks, servers, storage systems, telecommunications, and cloud services, to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
Collaborate with key stakeholders and external partners, to assess ICT needs, prioritize projects, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency.
Oversee the development and enforcement of ICT policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage the budget, resources, and staffing for the ICT Department, optimizing resource allocation and talent development to support the organization's strategic objectives.
Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the ICT team, encouraging experimentation with emerging technologies, agile methodologies, and cross-functional partnerships to drive digital transformation in healthcare service delivery.
Evaluate and select external vendors, consultants, and technology partners, negotiating contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure the quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability of ICT solutions and services.
Monitor and analyze ICT performance metrics, cybersecurity threats, and industry trends, providing regular updates and recommendations to executive leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Information and Communication Technology roles, with at least 5 years in a senior executive position, preferably in the healthcare industry.
With experience in Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics
Knowledge in Telemedicine App Development
Knowledge in Apple Health, Google Fit and Huawei Health
Knowledge in native app development and OWASP for secure mobile application development is a PLUS
Preferably knowledgeable in ASP.Net Core, Web API, Entity Framework, Bootstrap, AngularJS, CSS3, & Authentication framework (OAuth 2.0, OpenID, SAML)
Deep understanding of healthcare operations and workflows, regulatory compliance, and emerging technologies shaping the future of healthcare delivery.
Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale ICT transformation initiatives, driving innovation, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and decision-making abilities, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies and plans.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a culture of respect, collaboration, and continuous learning within the ICT team and across the organization.
