Work Information:

  • Hybrid set-up after regularization (1 week on site, 1 week work from home)

  • Makati City

  • Night Shift (11:30pm - 8:30pm)

  • HMO with 2 free dependents

The main responsibilities include:

  1. Crafting content for multiple platforms such as social media, website, email marketing, product description, video, and blog.
  2. Creating different strategies and campaigns for each assigned customer's social content and/or campaign objectives.
  3. Monitoring social media trends, platforms, and best practices to stay ahead of the curve, and proactively identify opportunities for growth with the help of the Lead and Senior Content Strategists.
  4. Measuring the success of social media campaigns through data-driven strategies based on key metrics of business objectives and their core audiences.
  5. Utilizing data analytics to track and assess the efficacy of our social media initiatives based on the client's business objectives and their core audiences, making informed, data-driven decisions.
  6. Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and comments through email or as instructed by the CSMs.
  7. Participating in day-to-day content strategy sessions, analyzing creative briefs and drafting case studies for our clients and CSM team.
  8. Collaborating with the CSMs, delivering monthly and/or quarterly content strategy meetings to customers.
  9. Assisting with training and mentoring new team members to ensure best practices are followed during the onboarding process through mentoring and one-on-one training calls.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  1. At least 2 years of social media manager experience.
  2. Excellent English writing skills are required - including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills, along with an exceptional attention to detail.
  3. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required - must have the ability to maintain focus and execute in a productive, consistent manner.
  4. Must possess in-depth, applicable knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) as well as industry trends.
  5. A proven track record of developing social content strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google, with a minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred.
  6. Excellent storytelling, presenting, and communication skills; webinar and/or speaker experience is preferred.
  7. Familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva is preferred.
