MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer's needs.
  • Maintains existing accounts and establishes relationships with clients.
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential clients.
  • Conducts client prospecting and sets meetings with newly contacted clients.
  • Prepares bid quotations/proposals and submits formal quotations/proposals.
  • Maintains proper coordination of pre-sales activities up to after-sales activities with the engineering, services, and application teams.
  • Provides status updates on ongoing and future projects.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity reports, results, weekly reports, and work plans.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems together with the engineering team.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering field is required.
  • At least 1 year of selling experience in the industrial market/technology field.
  • Experience in selling valves, actuators, controls, and field instruments is required.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, sales, and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive.
