Description
- Oversee daily retail operations to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
- Guide and train staff on sales techniques and customer service best practices.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock rotation to minimize loss.
- Implement loss prevention strategies and conducting regular audits.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years in a supervisory or management role within retail operations.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong proficiency in retail operations, sales reporting, performance analysis, and inventory management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to train and mentor staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
