Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the proactive threat hunting, threat monitoring and incident response processes of the organization
  • Collaborate with relevant parties including 3 rd party MSOC on various cases, providing technical and investigative capabilities.
  • Provide context & thorough analysis of cyber threats to ensure appropriate response
  • Work with Threat Intelligence to identify threats and recommend security controls
  • Supervise the Jr. Threat Hunter and Incident Responders within the department
  • On-call outside of regular workings hours, including evening, holidays or as determined by needs of the division.
  • Other tasks or duties that may be required to perform based on the needs of the division or group.
Job Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, or other related area of Information Security

Experience:

  • At least 2–3-year practical experience in IT Infrastructure/IT Audit and/or Information Security Operations preferably from financial services environment

Certification Required:

  • Not required but having at least one in the following - CEH, CISA, CISM, SANS & GIAC certification is an advantage
