Job Description

Communicate with customers in a professional manner & provide solutions for specific requests as per process guidelines. Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while providing customer support.

Qualifications

- Must be a high school graduate with at least 1 year Insurance (general, Property & Casualty and/or healthcare) experience

• Good customer service skills

• Willing to work onsite, and on shifting schedules

• Can start ASAP

Note: Applicants falling under new K-12 Curriculum should be graduates of senior high school; however, under the old (before K-12) curriculum, high school graduates are welcome to apply. Education proofs should be submitted at the time of joining/offer.
