Qualifications
  • Relevant skills and experience in BPO or similar industry, preferably with experience managing in a multi-client environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Delivery Management
    • Lead a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring top-tier service delivery and efficient use of resources.
    • Drive service performance to meet and exceed customer satisfaction, cost, and business objectives.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to guarantee successful account delivery.
  2. People Management
    • Provide strategic guidance to a team of managers and high-level direction to delivery staff.
    • Develop and execute succession plans to ensure seamless leadership transitions.
    • Implement strategies to boost employee retention and prevent attrition.
    • Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment.
  3. Transformation and Continuous Improvement
    • Spearhead and implement improvement initiatives across all account areas, guided by specific priorities.
    • Achieve targets for transformation and continuous improvement, holding teams accountable for results.
    • Work with account teams and stakeholders to identify and implement new opportunities for transformation.
  4. Critical Issue Resolution (Crit Sit)
    • Take the lead in resolving critical issues that impact account performance or client satisfaction.
    • Coordinate with account teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to quickly address and resolve problems.
    • Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent issues from happening again.
  5. Compliance and Audit
    • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Identify and reduce potential compliance risks.
    • Partner with internal and external auditors to ensure successful audit outcomes.
