- People Management
- Provide strategic guidance to a team of managers and high-level direction to delivery staff.
- Develop and execute succession plans to ensure seamless leadership transitions.
- Implement strategies to boost employee retention and prevent attrition.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Transformation and Continuous Improvement
- Spearhead and implement improvement initiatives across all account areas, guided by specific priorities.
- Achieve targets for transformation and continuous improvement, holding teams accountable for results.
- Work with account teams and stakeholders to identify and implement new opportunities for transformation.
- Critical Issue Resolution (Crit Sit)
- Take the lead in resolving critical issues that impact account performance or client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with account teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to quickly address and resolve problems.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent issues from happening again.
- Compliance and Audit
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and reduce potential compliance risks.
- Partner with internal and external auditors to ensure successful audit outcomes.
