Overview

Talent Acquisition | Planning & Design, and Project Development Hiring Needs

Responsibilities
  • Provides design coordination, review and monitoring of external ID consultants' deliverables.
  • Facilitates design coordination meetings with external ID consultants, Project Development group and other departments.
  • Reviews the following documents: Inter-office memos for ID recommendations to be approved by top management; Initial ID layouts/test-fits as needed; Notice to Proceed and Letter of Award; Necessary document attachments of consultant's progress billings; Proposals/contracts.
  • Reviews interior design deliverables submitted by external ID consultants for accuracy and completeness.
  • Reviews accreditations, contracts and billings of external ID consultants.
  • Manages ID consultants' timeliness in providing design deliverables.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Interior Designer/Interior Architect
  • 4+ Years of work experience in Project/Design Management field; real estate developer work experience is a plus
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp
  • Strength in Design Management, plan review and coordination
  • Highly organized with keen eye for detail
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Emotional Intelligence, adaptability, curiosity & life-long learning, innovative, collaborative
