Manage daily financial transactions, perform monthly reconciliations, oversee accounts payable/receivable, and support compliance in a dynamic environment.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Execute daily financial transactions, including recording income and expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Perform monthly financial activities such as journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Conduct monthly analysis and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, providing insights to management as necessary.
  • Prepare detailed reports summarizing financial activities and findings for review by senior management.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and collections, ensuring timely and accurate payments and receipts.
  • Work closely with vendors and clients to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing or payments.
  • Support general accounting functions such as preparing financial statements, tax filings, and audit documentation as needed.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards, staying updated on changes in accounting principles and reporting requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and audits, providing necessary documentation and support as requested.
  • Be knowledgeable on market developments and opportunities around the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to creative operations and project management.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in operational processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for continuous improvement.
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Previous experience in financial accounting is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite products, especially Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or any other accounting software.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and public relations skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering work on schedule.
  • Openness and responsiveness to constructive feedback.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach and initiative.
  • Ability to work onsite in Mandaluyong.
