In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Conduct sample audit of domestic and export transactions for PRM Singapore's 2 legal entities and MWC factory to ensure that its sales order data entries are correct, and the ITC screening is conducted properly as per the business process.
  • Conduct sample audit of non-sales order-related imports/exports for PRM Singapore's 2 legal entities and MWC factory to ensure declaration as per the existing business process.
  • Assist in managing the Tradesphere (TSE) holds of MSOL-MEA and in releasing these holds per the agreed turnaround time.
  • Conduct the appropriate restricted party screening in Trade Automation, including analysis of potential matches.
  • Perform owners, directors, and shareholders (ODS) screening as and when required.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
  • At least 1 year of experience in import and export auditing, Tradesphere holds management, and restricted party screening.
  • Basic knowledge of import and export audits.
  • Basic knowledge of International Trade Compliance.
