
Marketing Head

As Head of Marketing, you will lead and oversee all marketing, branding, communications, public relations, and advertising functions for our hotel portfolio. You will set the strategic direction for how our brand is positioned in the market, ensure clear and consistent messaging across all guest touchpoints, and develop impactful campaigns that drive occupancy, revenue, and guest loyalty.
You will champion digital innovation by adopting new tools and strategies that keep the brand competitive in a fast-changing landscape. You will also drive sustainability by ensuring that eco-friendly practices and responsible tourism are communicated effectively and reflected in our marketing programs and guest experiences.
Working closely with property teams, sales, and operations, you will guide the delivery of engaging guest experiences, strengthen our presence in key markets, and build strong partnerships that support the brand's growth and positive impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive occupancy, revenue, and guest loyalty across all hotel properties
Plan and oversee campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and other advertising platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
Lead the development, positioning, and consistent application of the hotel group's brand identity across all guest touchpoints.
Guide creative direction for visuals, messaging, and content to maintain a cohesive branding.
Oversee guest communications and enhance the overall guest experience.
Develop clear, compelling content for websites, social media, newsletters, and guest-facing materials.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and information flow across departments and channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, tourism boards, and key stakeholders.
Develop and execute PR strategies that highlight the brand's unique offerings, innovation and sustainability initiativesthat enhance brand reputation.
Champion digital innovation by identifying and adopting new tools, trends, and platforms that strengthen the brand's reach and guest engagement.
Champion sustainability by integrating eco-friendly practices and initiatives into marketing programs and guest communications.
Stay informed about industry trends to ensure the brand remains forward-thinking and competitive.
Collaborate with regional and property-level marketing teams, and coordinate with external agencies and partners.
Track and analyze campaign performance.
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources responsibly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with senior-level leadership in hospitality or hotel groups.
Experience managing marketing across multiple hotel properties or regions.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, brand strategy, and performance marketing.
Confident working with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and agency partners
Proven track record of leading teams and delivering results in a fast-paced, multi-property environment.
Solid understanding of tools such as Google Analytics, content management systems, customer relationship management platforms, and online travel agency strategies.
Preferred Qualities:
Experience in hotel pre-openings, rebranding, or repositioning.
Regional travel or tourism marketing experience is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable managing both strategy and hands-on execution.
