We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Pastry Chef to join our team at Open Space Café & Bar. If you have a passion for baking and dessert creation, and you're excited to work in a peaceful, nature-filled environment — we want to meet you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, cakes, and desserts from scratch.

  • Design seasonal and special menus in coordination with the Head Chef.

  • Monitor inventory and ensure proper storage of baking ingredients and supplies.

  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in the pastry section.

  • Ensure high-quality presentation and consistency of all pastry items.

  • Stay updated with modern pastry trends and techniques.

  • Follow food safety standards and kitchen protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role in a café, restaurant, or bakery.

  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.

  • Excellent creativity and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
