Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Davao City for a Sales Admin Coordinator. The Sales Admin Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, invoicing, sales support, customer service, and communication. Daily tasks include managing sales documents, processing invoices, supporting the sales team, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining effective communication channels both internally and externally.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven ability in Administrative Assistance and Invoicing tasks
- Sales support experience
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Proficiency with office software and sales tools
- Ability to work on-site in Davao City
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
