Overview

We are a real-estate development company located along C-5 Bagumbayan, Quezon City (near Eastwood City) in need of an Accounting Associate with min. 3 yrs. work experience doing Financial Reports. This is a part time (M-W-F) on-site role. The Accounting Associate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial statements, managing journal entries, and utilizing accounting software. Day-to-day tasks will include performing various accounting duties, conducting financial analysis, and supporting the finance team.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements.
  • Manage journal entries and use our internal accounting software.
  • Perform day-to-day accounting duties and financial analysis.
  • Support the finance team as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Relevant work experience in accounting or finance
  • Proficiency in preparing financial statements and managing journal entries
  • Strong analytical skills and solid foundation in finance
  • Ability to adapt to the internal accounting software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
