Overview

We\u2019re looking for an experienced, hands-on Finance Manager to join our growing team in Marilao, Bulacan. This is an on-site role that will oversee and execute end-to-end accounting activities

from the day-to-day to monthly financials

while helping shape our finance systems as we scale.


What You

  • Oversee full-cycle accounting: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Bank Reconciliation, Journal Entries, and Monthly Financial Statements (FS)
  • Maintain and improve accounting processes and internal controls
  • Manage company books using QuickBooks (or help transition us to better systems)
  • Coordinate with external accountants and auditors for compliance and reports
  • Support inventory reconciliation and ensure accurate costing data
  • Implement liquidation forms and expense tracking systems
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting to management
  • Prepare BIR requirements, tax filings and compliance schedules
  • Collaborate closely with CEO & COO on insights, improvements, and process automation

Who We

  • Accounting graduate (CPA background not required but a plus)
  • Minimum 10 years experience in accounting
  • At least 3 years in full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, GL, FS)
  • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks or similar software
  • Familiarity with inventory systems or construction/retail accounting is a big plus
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong communicator, independent and reliable
  • Comfortable with a fast-moving, growing business
  • Open to feedback, coaching and trying new tools or processes
  • Resilient, flexible and excited to grow with the company
