About the role

Join Pancrudo Builders Corporation as a Cost Estimator in our Metro Manila office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for our construction projects, ensuring we deliver high-quality work within budget.

What you'll be doing

  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and other relevant documents to develop comprehensive cost estimates

  • Research and evaluate material and labor costs, as well as equipment and subcontractor pricing

  • Prepare detailed estimates, including breakdowns of all cost components

  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to refine and finalize estimates

  • Monitor project costs and identify potential savings or cost overruns

  • Maintain a database of cost information and historical data to improve the accuracy of future estimates

  • Provide support and advice to project teams throughout the construction process

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Cost Estimator or a similar role in the construction industry

  • Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and industry standards

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical information

  • Proficiency in using cost estimation software, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
