# # **Primary Details**Time Type: Full timeWorker Type: EmployeePosition Overview: The IDAM Data Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the identity and access management processes within the organization. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of security policies and compliance standards. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring that access rights are properly managed and that all identity and access management tasks are completed accurately and on time.Responsibilities:Mover Access Revalidation:* Review and update access rights for employees changing roles within the organization* Trigger mover certification when changes are detected in WorkdayLeaver Reporting:* Ensure timely removal of access for users leaving the organization* Monitor and report on leaver exceptions using PowerBiSegregation of Duties (SOD):* Manage SOD policies to prevent policy violations* Handle policy violations and ensure compliance with SOD rulesPrivileged Access Management (PAM):* Monitor new accounts with highly privileged or elevated entitlements* Ensure compliance with the Identity & Access Management Standard.Quality Assurance:* Participate in the GSSC IdAM QA process* Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation of access management tasksRequirements:* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.* Proven experience in identity and access management or a related field.* Strong understanding of security policies and compliance standards.* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Preferred Qualifications:* Experience with identity management tools and platforms.* Knowledge of ITIL processes and standards.* Familiarity with PowerBi for monitoring and reporting.**Skills:**Active Directory Software, Adaptability, Analytical Thinking, Critical Thinking, Customer Service, Decision Making, Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations, Intentional collaboration, IT Security Operations, Managing performance, Operating Systems (OS), Problem Solving, Risk Management, Service Delivery, Stakeholder ManagementHow to Apply:To submit your application, click "Apply" and follow the step by step process.Equal Employment Opportunity:QBE is an equal opportunity employer and is required to comply with equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction it operates.
