Design Studio Account Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Design Studio Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing packaging adaptation projects, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and meet established quality standards. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between Zones, Markets, and External Agencies, driving collaboration and excellence in design adaptation

• Project Management:Oversee packaging adaptation requests from various markets, coordinating with appropriate agency partners to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Performance Monitoring:Track project progress, manage deadlines, and control cost estimates and purchase orders (POs) to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Best Practices Implementation:Lead initiatives to optimize adaptation processes, minimizing rework and enhancing project delivery through clear briefs and constructive design feedback.
• Reporting and Insights:Conduct weekly operational meetings and provide insights during monthly meetings to address partner concerns and drive project success.

• Experience:Minimum of 4 years in project management, specifically in identity adaptation with a focus on packaging, either on the agency or client side.
• Education:Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in budget management and project scheduling.
• Familiarity with digital workflows, document management systems, and packaging design file formats.
• A keen eye for design detail and a passion for brand consistency.
