JOB DESCRIPTION

The Junior Project Manager will assist the Senior Project Manager in the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of company projects. The role will provide day-to-day support to ensure that project activities are properly coordinated, completed on schedule, and aligned with the project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities from start to completion.
  • Assist in developing project timelines, schedules, and activity plans, and monitor progress against established deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, local and foreign partners, clients, suppliers, and other project stakeholders as needed.
  • Assist in assigning and coordinating workloads among team members to support efficient project implementation.
  • Monitor project progress and promptly report delays, issues, risks, or concerns to the Senior Project Manager.
  • Provide assistance in addressing unexpected project concerns and help coordinate appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare project reports, presentations, correspondence, meeting notes, documentation, and other related reports.
  • Maintain and organize project records, files, schedules, and other important project documents.
  • Assist the Senior Project Manager during meetings, site visits, project activities, and coordination with partners.
  • Provide proper communication and follow-up with concerned personnel to ensure that assigned tasks and project requirements are completed.
  • Assist in ensuring that project activities are implemented according to approved timelines, requirements, and company standards.
  • Perform other project-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Senior Project Manager.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in project management, project coordination, operations, administration, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Willing and capable of working under the supervision and direction of the Senior Project Manager.
  • Good leadership, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and able to prepare clear and accurate reports and documentation.
  • Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with local and foreign partners, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations calmly and professionally.
  • Proactive, responsible, adaptable, and willing to learn.
  • Willing to travel locally and internationally, as required by the project.
  • Must be willing and able to drive when necessary and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity or project management tools.
  • Willing to work on-site, attend meetings, and participate in project activities as required.
