Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor
  • Assign tasks and manage shift schedules for production staff
  • Monitor workflow to ensure production targets and deadlines are met
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with product standards
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate technical problems as needed
  • Maintain accurate production records and shift reports
  • Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure material availability
  • Train new employees and support ongoing staff development
  • Participate in daily operations meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
  • Degree in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in using production software and reporting tools
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and production plans
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing priorities
