  2. Engage & Impress: Prepare and deliver best-in-class presentations and live demos tailored to regional market needs, positioning our HR & Payroll software as a strategic business asset.
  3. Proposal Crafting: Create detailed proposals that capture the unique benefits of our solutions for each prospective client.
  4. Technical Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of HR, Leave, Time, and Payroll modules along with system architecture to provide technical insights and customization options.
  5. Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with our technical team to tackle complex client requirements and develop robust integration solutions.
  6. Sales Cycle Support: Stay closely aligned with the sales pipeline, adapting strategies to evolving opportunities and market dynamics.

What We're Looking For

  1. Presales & Consulting Experience: Prior experience in presales activities and hands-on implementation/consulting with leading HCM products (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday, Darwinbox, DayForce, SunFish, Sprout or equivalent).
  2. HR Business Acumen: A solid background in HR processes, with expertise in localizations and statutory requirements.
  3. Communication Pro: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of delivering persuasive presentations.
  4. Tech-Savvy: Ability to understand and articulate technical architecture and integration capabilities of HR & Payroll software.
  5. Strategic Mindset: A knack for analyzing industry processes, market trends, and competitive landscapes to position our solutions effectively.
