Key Responsibilities:

●Engage with Patients: Answer incoming calls professionally, assist with queries, and address concerns to ensure a positive patient experience.

●Billing and Collections: Collect outstanding balances and assist patients with billing inquiries.

●Coordinate with Third Parties: Support insurance companies and other entities with patient account-related questions.

●Proactive Outreach: Place outbound collection calls to follow up on patient accounts.

●Team Collaboration: Cross-train and support your team to ensure seamless operations.

●Maintain Confidentiality: Uphold HIPAA guidelines to protect patient information.

●Exhibit Professionalism: Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and alignment with company values and goals.
