In this role, you'll address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency, acting as a vital connection between patients, their families, and medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with Patients: Answer incoming calls professionally, assist with queries, and address concerns to ensure a positive patient experience.

Billing and Collections: Collect outstanding balances and assist patients with billing inquiries.

Coordinate with Third Parties: Support insurance companies and other entities with patient account-related questions.

Proactive Outreach: Place outbound collection calls to follow up on patient accounts.

Team Collaboration: Cross-train and support your team to ensure seamless operations.

Maintain Confidentiality: Uphold HIPAA guidelines to protect patient information.

Exhibit Professionalism: Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and alignment with company values and goals.
