Responsibilities

  1. Content Creation (online)
    • Oversee the creation of engaging and compelling digital content, including social media visuals, website assets, videos, and other multimedia elements.
    • Ensure content is optimized for various digital channels and platforms.
    • Identify and leverage emerging trends and technologies in the digital marketing space.
  2. In-store Merchandising (offline)
    • Develop and implement a cohesive design strategy for in-store menus, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and collaborating with marketing teams.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, analyze performance data, and implement improvements to optimize in-store menu designs for increased effectiveness and customer engagement.
  3. Brand Integration
    • Maintain and evolve the brand identity across all online & offline touchpoints.
    • Develop and lead the digital creative strategy in alignment with overall brand and PR objectives.
    • Ensure consistent messaging and visual elements in digital campaigns align with the brand guidelines.
  4. Campaign Development
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate digital strategies into broader marketing initiatives.
    • Lead the development of digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  5. Public Relations
    • Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the organization's public image and reputation.
    • Manage media relationships, including press releases, media kits, and media outreach.
  6. Crisis Communication
    • Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to protect and enhance the organization's reputation during challenging times.
    • Work closely with leadership to provide guidance on communication during crises.
  7. Analytics and Optimization
    • Utilize data and analytics to measure the performance of digital campaigns and PR initiatives.
    • Iterate and optimize creative strategies based on performance metrics and stakeholder feedback.
  8. Team Leadership
    • Manage and inspire a team of digital designers, content creators, and PR professionals.
    • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
