Key Responsibilities:

We're looking for an experienced creative designer who is pushing boundaries with AI and emerging technologies and confident in their delivery of high-quality content from concept through to final sign off. Our creatives require a keen eye for detail and a strong aesthetic sense. A highly collaborative team player you'll be passionate about conceptualizing and transforming creative concepts into industry leading campaign assets. Unafraid to vary your delivery responsibilities, as part of our team you'll be key to keeping content relevant, innovative and creative. This role is suited to an established creative designer who has worked in an internal creative team for a large blue chip or operated agency-side delivering to clients. Experience in the tech, consultancy or professional services sector will be a strong advantage.

As we are seeking an experienced designer for this role, you'll have no less than 7 years creative industry experience. You will work with business leaders, marketing professionals, partner agencies, sales managers and others to develop content from concept to launch. Experience of working with distributed global teams would be an advantage.

Essential attributes:

1. Story-telling – leading the visual narrative for creative solutions that respect our brand and tell our story – including detailed storyboarding for animations and video.
2. Technically advanced Adobe CS with hands on Premiere and After Effects, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint is crucial to the role). Strong proficiency working with Windows in a PC environment essential, multiple AI tools, SharePoint skills would be an advantage.
3. An exceptional level of written and spoken English is vital to success in this role as our assets are mostly produced in English including transcription and edit of subtitles for video work.
4. Context-based design – able to analyze requirements, consider all stakeholders, design relevant to business need. The content at Fujitsu ranges in complexity – videos (short and long form), animations, infographics, interactive elements, e-books, brochures, case studies, event artwork, social posts, presentations are examples.
5. Delivery and customer focus - able to juggle multiple projects, quality first approach.
6. Communication skills – can communicate effectively with stakeholders, set expectations and manage issues. Able to give and receive constructive feedback, facilitating the continuous improvement cycle.
7. Resilience and time management for problem solving, priority management and managing curve balls and keen deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Has a Bachelor's Degree.

• Nice to have design-led or relevant certifications (Agile, ASANA).

• With at least 6 years of work experience in creative design.

• Has experience working on static and video materials.

• Can extract story from marketing briefs – Bringing to life the message that they are trying to convey through products and marketing.

• Can do consultation-led work (meeting with marketing peers and knowing more about the products and services offered).

• Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

Tools/Software experience:

• Adobe CS (hands-on experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects).

• Microsoft Office (PowerPoint).
