Responsibilities:- Provide assistance to the Head of the Legal Department in handling legal and/or operational matters affecting the Company;
- Review, revise, or draft, if necessary, different contracts, memoranda, agreements, among others, as may be endorsed by the different departments of the Company;
- Conduct legal research whenever necessary, to ensure the Company's compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
- Prepare pleadings and handle cases in court, quasi-judicial agencies, and other administrative bodies requiring personal appearance;
- Conduct legal due diligence for acquisition of properties;
- Handle legal concerns of buyer-related complaints and issues.
- Candidate must have passed the Philippine Bar Examination and is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in good standing.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a corporate setting with a strong background in Litigation, Corporate Law, Real Estate, and Contracts Review/Preparation.
- Thorough and detail-oriented.
- Ability to adapt to a challenging and fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to execute on multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
