Job Description

  • Prepares complaints against non-paying debtors.
  • Prepares answers to complaints against the Banks.
  • Drafts letters of demand and other letters.
  • Attends case hearings.
  • Answers queries of internal customers.
  • Researches for pleadings and queries.
  • Represents the Bank to different government agencies.
  • Attends fact-finding investigations, creditor meetings for loan restructuring, real estate mortgage foreclosure.
  • Monitors cases handed by other lawyers.
  • Returns calls of internal customers.

Qualifications

  • Competence in handling complex cases of all types.
  • Competence in drafting necessary legal documents needed.
  • Expertise in litigation.
  • Basic understanding of banking operations.
  • Core competencies: critical thinking; impact and influence; achievement orientation; communication skills; integrity.
