Role: Treasury Analyst
Work Arrangement: Work From Office
Location: Makati
Schedule: Night Shift

Job Description:

  1. Initiate timely daily cash management transactions, including wire transfers, internal settlements, borrowings/repayments, and investments.
  2. Maintain accurate support records for SOX management reporting for all initiated wire transactions.
  3. Maintain line of credit ledgers with complete accuracy.
  4. Oversee bank account openings and closures, as well as periodic compliance reporting.
  5. Maintain accurate records for SOX management reporting related to all bank account activities.
  6. Assist with the administration of the Treasury Management System (TMS) and banking platforms.
  7. Ensure compliance with all treasury controls and support daily, quarterly, and annual audit requests, including SOX controls.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in Corporate Treasury or a related financial services field, preferably at a publicly traded multinational company, or
  3. At least 2 years of experience supporting a U.S. publicly listed company in managing SOX controls or internal audit functions.
  4. Experience working in the PST time zone.
  5. Experience in broker-dealer firms or tech companies.
  6. Knowledge of bank treasury platforms.
  7. Familiarity with analytical tools such as SQL or Looker.
  8. Broad experience across various treasury, banking, and TMS platforms.
  9. Experience using Apple and Slack.
