Description

We are looking for one Implementation Specialist to join our Project Team

Job Summary:

  • Understanding Client's Business Processes: Understand the client's business processes and map the requirements to the software being implemented.
  • Requirement Elicitation: Gather and analyze client requirements, document business processes, and recommend solutions using the specific application or modules.
  • Conducting Workshops: Conduct workshops and meetings with clients to understand their business needs and align with the functionality of the software being implemented accordingly.
  • Configuration: Configure the software being implemented to align with business processes.
  • Training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the software.
  • Documentation: Draft the necessary documentation (workflows) and guidelines for every business department.
  • Project Management: Organize and follow up on the software implementations.
  • Issue Resolution: Analyze and manage issues arising during implementation and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Software Support or Software Implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Able to identify, capture, and translate business requirements for technical teams.
  • Willing to travel to customer locations if needed.
