About the role
As a Store Head at Matimco, Inc. you will be responsible for the overall management and operations of a retail store located in Quezon City. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving the success and growth of the company's retail presence in the region.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, customer service, and financial reporting
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, such as optimising product assortment, enhancing merchandising, and driving efficient operations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions and create engaging displays
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and analyse store-level data to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement
- Participate in regular meetings with the regional management team to share updates and insights
What we're looking for
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the Retail & Consumer Products industry
- Proven track record of driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and leading high-performing teams
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to deliver an exceptional shopping experience
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to make informed, data-driven decisions
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
