Job Description

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will oversee digital campaigns, manage website and email marketing, and optimize SEO to enhance online visibility. Collaborating with clients and agencies, you'll drive engagement, analyze performance metrics, and implement marketing strategies. Your expertise will shape digital presence, ensuring impactful, data-driven results in a dynamic industry.

Work setup: Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite in Ortigas)

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing,
  • Email marketing, with expertise in campaign execution, automation, and optimization.
  • Web management, ensuring content updates, performance tracking, and user experience improvements.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as DotDigital, MS Dynamics, or similar tools.
  • Experience managing websites using Imaginet or similar website providers.
  • Strong understanding of the full digital marketing mix, including PPC, SEO, programmatic advertising, affiliates, display ads, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics, with the ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Expertise in online customer experience optimization, with the ability to analyze data, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience measuring and improving marketing performance based on KPIs.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines.
  • Keen attention to detail with a results-driven and proactive approach to digital marketing challenges.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior management.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Support the Marketing Team in strategic planning, implementation, and reporting across all aspects of the digital marketing mix.
  • Manage the company's digital presence, including website and email marketing, ensuring timely updates, amendments, promotions, and general maintenance.
  • Apply SEO strategies and website development expertise to enhance user experience and improve organic search visibility.
  • Implement and oversee digital marketing campaigns, collaborating with clients, key partnerships, and internal teams to maximize impact.
  • Manage and optimize the Google Business Profile platform to enhance brand visibility.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and agencies to support digital marketing initiatives and execute technology or integration upgrades.
  • Deliver campaign performance reports and analysis, tracking key marketing KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Maintain and regularly update the digital marketing plan to align with business goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety (H&S) standards, cooperating with colleagues and clients as needed.
