Digital and Ecommerce Marketing Officer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and delivery service operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing and e-commerce.
  • Highly creative with experience in target audience engagement and campaign execution.
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital trends, SEO/SEM practices, and e-commerce innovations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, agencies, and external partners.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement
  • Develop and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Manage Wendy's social media presence by designing and implementing strategies that increase brand engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on insights to maximize ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Optimize customer experience across digital platforms, ensuring smooth navigation and high conversion rates.
  • Lead partnerships and collaborations with digital agencies, vendors, and media partners to strengthen online visibility and sales.
Off-Premise (Delivery & E-Commerce) Operations
  • Oversee the operations of Wendy's ordering website, in-house call center, and delivery aggregator platforms (e.g., GrabFood, Foodpanda, Pick.A.Roo).
  • Manage partnerships with third-party e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee) and explore new business opportunities.
  • Develop marketing initiatives to promote Wendy's e-commerce channels, ensuring updated and compelling content across all platforms.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance of delivery platforms based on KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Work with Finance on post-promo analysis and ensure alignment on budget and profitability targets.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and delivery touchpoints, protecting Wendy's assets and customer experience.
Strategic Growth & Innovation
  • Identify trends and insights in digital marketing, e-commerce, and delivery services to drive innovation.
  • Brainstorm and execute creative growth strategies for digital and off-premise revenue streams.
  • Develop conversion funnels and customer acquisition strategies to enhance online ordering and delivery sales.
  • Implement chatbot improvements and other automation tools to optimize customer service and order management.
