Job Summary

Sales Assistants are customer-oriented professionals who assist shoppers in finding the right products, provide information, process transactions, and promote sales through face to face engagement. Their role also involves monitoring and reporting sales, stocking shelves, and most importantly ensuring excellent customer service to drive successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greets and educates customers accurately on the company's products and different variants, health benefits and features, usage, price and promotions
  • Provides excellent sales and after sales customer service (esp during peak hours)
  • Manages stocks availability and positioning thru daily inventory check
  • Coordinates with the Territory Sales Representative for sales directions
  • Conducts promotional activities, such as, but not limited to wet sampling
  • Provides customer information and feedback to theSales Team's Group Chat
  • Reports sales, expense, inventory, customer information, and other reports daily, real time as much as possible, through digital means to the Sales Team's Group Chat
  • Reports on new products and competition from the field

Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least High school graduate, though a college graduate of Marketing, Mass Comm, Advertising, Education or Health related field would be a plus
  • Friendly smiling personality and height advantage
  • Basic math and cellphone skills for remote reporting
  • Possess critical thinking skills and solution oriented
  • Excellent persuasion skills, capable of building trusting relationships
  • Can work under pressure meeting sales quotas
  • Understands retail sales process, and consumer behavior principles
  • Possess a ready sales network of family, friends and relatives is a big plus
  • Willing to be assigned to different locations
  • Flexibility to work different shifts as assigned
