About the job: Area Manager (Cebu)Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Business Development, Operations, Contract Logistics, or Freight Forwarding in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Freight Forwarding operations, Manufacturing processes, and business systems.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills, proactive, with initiative, and a wide network capacity.
- Oversee overall business growth in the assigned region for both existing and new accounts.
- Ensure smooth operations setup and execution across all business streams, including Customs Clearances & Brokerage, Air & Ocean Imp-Ex, Domestic Transportation, Warehousing, Cross-dock, and Consolidation.
- Expand business networks with Customs Bureau, Business Partners, Customers, Shipping Lines, Airlines, and Truckers.
- Establish MOPs, KPIs, and standards for each business stream.
- Meet or exceed the annual revenue targets set by the Regional and Executive Management teams.
- Ensure the welfare of personnel within the region.
