About the role

As the Store Head at BW SUPERBAKESHOP-ELJIN', you will lead the team in our Concepcion Tarlac location, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. This full-time role is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving the success of our bakery business.

What you\'ll be doing

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service
