The Qualifications We Seek

  • Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience as a Procurement Officer.
  • Exceptionalattention to detailandorganizational skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a proactive approach to challenges.

  • Effectivecommunication skills across all levelsof the organization.
  • A mindset for continuous improvement and efficiency.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Manage the Purchasing and PO invoice mailbox to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle purchase order (PO) submissions and track their fulfillment.
  • Oversee returns management and liaise with vendors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with distributors regarding deal registrations, promotions, specials, and rebate claims.
  • Conduct supplier reviews and document any issues for resolution.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as creating purchase orders and updating estimated time of arrival (ETA) details.
  • Follow up on order discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
  • Organize transport and freight for deliveries.
  • Expedite urgent procurement requirements as needed.
  • Process purchase orders for payment and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
