Job Description
As a CSR - Transitions Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless real estate transactions by processing sales and refinancing documents, transferring unit ownership, and recording lease details. You will collaborate with international teams to facilitate smooth moves, deliveries, and approvals—all while providing excellent customer support in a fast-paced environment.

Your Daily Tasks
- Process sales and refinancing documents through Homewise and Ticket Requests.
- Transfer unit ownership and post title checks after sales.
- Approve and coordinate moves and deliveries.
- Record leases and tenant information.
- Approve leases for selected associations.
- Handle phone calls for Sales, Leasing, and Moves.
The Qualifications We Seek
- Must be able to work the night shift.
- Minimum of 24 months of experience as a Customer Service Representative.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Strong English-language communication skills.
- Comfortable addressing inquiries and concerns.
- High comfort level with technology, especially web-based software like Google Apps.
