Role description:

The Copywriter Associate is responsible for creating compelling and engaging written content, ensuring alignment with brand voice and communication strategies, with a key focus on supporting the Growth Team by producing content that drives audience engagement and supports business growth objectives.

Role accountabilities:

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  1. Develop clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy that is accurate, well-researched, and meets company needs and deadlines.
  2. Drive the creation of original concepts that result in effective and compelling communication.
  3. Develop and maintain a clear and consistent Arcadis brand voice.
  4. Write original copy and edit content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials.
  5. Edit and proofread content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and adherence to guidelines.
  6. Conduct research to formulate ideas or support writing.
  7. Adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms, maintaining engagement and impact.
  8. Collaborate with designers and other professionals to develop a variety of content marketing materials.
  9. Ensure consistency in brand voice, style, and messaging across all materials.
  10. Perform ad hoc tasks that may be assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English or any related field.
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  4. Familiarity with commonly used style guides.
  5. Ability to write and think creatively.
  6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively with a team of busy professionals.
  8. A flexible approach and willingness to adapt ideas to stakeholders' needs.
  9. Receptiveness to feedback.
  10. Self-motivated and organized.
  11. Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  12. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  13. Ability to work under strict deadlines without compromising work quality.
